After careful evaluation of our current operations, the board of directors and myself have made the difficult but necessary decision to discontinue certain business segments. This decision is part of our ongoing efforts to improve financial stability, streamline operations, and ensure the long-term success of our cooperative.

It’s important to emphasize that Ag Plus Cooperative remains financially strong and well-positioned for the future. These changes are not a reflection of financial distress, but rather a proactive approach to ensure we are using our resources in the most effective way to enhance patron prosperity.

Ag Plus Cooperative will be discontinuing the following services:
  • HVAC Services | Effective 3-31-2025
  • Precision Planting Sales & Support | Effective Immediately
  • Grain Handling Equipment Sales & Service | Effective Immediately
  • Parts City | Tentative Upon Sale

We recognize that these changes will impact our employees, customers, and communities. To help ensure a smooth transition, we are partnering with trusted local businesses to step in and fill these service areas. Our team will be working closely with these partners to provide seamless support and referrals for our customers. Additional details on these partnerships will be shared soon.

Our priority remains supporting our employees through this transition while focusing on our core business operations in agronomy, energy and retail. These adjustments will allow us to better serve our members and strengthen Ag Plus Coop for the future.
