Ag Plus Cooperative is announcing an important update regarding Parts City in Ivanhoe. The business will be transitioning to new ownership, with the Armstrong family set to take over operations by the end of the month.
We know how important Parts City is to the Ivanhoe community, and we’re pleased to assure you that the store will remain open under new ownership. The Armstrongs bring a strong commitment to keeping reliable parts and service available locally, and we’re confident you’ll be in good hands.
New owner Neal Armstrong shared his excitement about the future of Parts City:
"Professionally, I’ve been in the automotive world for 15 years, but I’ve been a car enthusiast since I was little. My wife Anna and I have two daughters, Natalie (6) and Katherine (2), who are also excited for this new chapter. We look forward to serving the Ivanhoe community and keeping Parts City strong for years to come."
While Ag Plus Cooperative will no longer operate the business, we will continue supporting the location in meaningful ways. Parts City will still offer propane tank fills on-site, facilitated by Ag Plus, along with potential oil supply options. Customers can continue to bring propane tanks for refills, a service we’re proud to help maintain locally.
On behalf of all of us at Ag Plus Cooperative, thank you for your loyalty and support of Parts City over the years. We are confident the Armstrong family will carry the business forward with the same dedication to reliable service, and we look forward to seeing Parts City thrive under their leadership.
