Canby, MN – We’re pleased to introduce Patrick Hackley, the new Agronomy Location Manager at Ag Plus Cooperative in Canby. Patrick brings over 20 years of hands-on experience in production agriculture and more than a decade in agricultural equipment sales, marketing, and finance.

Patrick’s agricultural roots run deep. Throughout his career, he has managed large-scale farm operations, led regional sales territories, and guided teams toward greater efficiency and service excellence. His expertise includes crop and livestock production, ag finance, irrigation and drainage systems, and sustainability practices—all of which will help him serve Ag Plus customers with practical insight and dependable leadership.

Patrick’s approach is centered on understanding each customer’s operation and finding ways to help them succeed. With his blend of agronomic knowledge, financial acumen, and leadership experience, he’s well-equipped to provide solutions that drive results for our growers.
